Yes, it does. The RTRS Grievance Procedure fulfils the need to address complaints against members in a manner that reflects the nature, mission and goals of the RTRS. The responsibility for responding to grievances lies with the three vice presidents of the RTRS Executive Board, each of whom come from a different membership constituency.
