The General Assembly is the highest decision-making body of RTRS Association. Decisions are made through the vote of Participating Members that are equally represented in the three constituencies. Each constituency has a voting power of one third of the total votes.

 

The General Assembly will delegate operational activities and most decision making to the Executive Board. The Executive Board is elected by the General Assembly and composed of the same three constituencies. Each constituency shall have the right to five seats on the Executive Board.

employs staff to run the operational business of the association

What is the RTRS Standard?

The RTRS Standard is a set of principles, criteria (P&C) and indicators that regulates the process of responsible soy production. It involves social and environmental aspects as well as responsible relations with local communities and best agricultural practices. The scope of the RTRS Standard for Responsible Soy Production was approved last June.
