The RTRS General Assembly was held on April 25th in Buenos Aires, a day after the Third Conference on Responsible Soy.

During the assembly, which had 43 participating organizations and several observer organizations, the 2007 audit was approved, authorities were elected and re-elected and three motions were introduced by Solidaridad in the Netherlands, which were discussed by everybody present.

According to the voting held during the day, the new Executive Board is made up as follows:

Also during the assembly, Henk Flipsen from Nevedi announced the donation of 20.000 Euros by the Dutch company.
