General Assembly of RTRS Members
On Monday, May 7 , within the framework of the 12th General Assembly of RTRS Members to be held on May 31, 2018, RTRS members received the Convening Notice along with the corresponding materials that will be discussed during this meeting, in Lille, France.
The General Assembly is RTRS’ highest decision-making level, and involves all of its members, participants and observers – although only the former are entitled to vote.
At this meeting, RTRS members can elect the members of the Executive Committee and assess their performance; work and decide on agenda items (topics related to the RTRS certification standard, verification and accreditation requirements, and new projects and initiatives, among other topics).
Representatives of RTRS member organizations that cannot attend the General Assembly may delegate their vote (through a Voting Ballot Sheet) to another RTRS member from the same constituency, in accordance with the Association’s bylaws.
